I love dogs and you always hear that the dog gets to the morning paper before we humans do. So that’s what inspired this cartoon.

The original cartoon was in very bad shape. The ink was faded and had some stains from moisture. So I cleaned it up the best I could. Enjoy, Steve

When I was in college I did a series of political cartoons and at that time it seemed governments where willing to give away everything and the Moon to appease trouble makers. So there was a particular world incident, which I don’t remember anymore that inspired this toon.

Here’s an old cartoon I drew which I think was inspired by an anoying car door buzzer.
