This is how fast the weather can change in the High Sierras
April 17th, 2007
Two hours before I took this photo, it was sunny with some clouds and kind of warm. The moral of this story is to be prepared while traveling in the High Sierras or any wilderness, because these storms can hit very fast and hard. This one today did, it went from nice to freezing within an hour.

if you don’t like the weather here, wait 10 minutes…… and why does it always snow at the begining of the week? not the weekend?
