California’s solution to fixing it’s problems

Calif. university system OKs 20 percent fee hike…
The only thing Kalifornia knows how to do, is raise taxes and increase fees to solve a financial problem. Maybe they should take a lesson from President Ronald Reagan’s national economic policies.
