1 Lb. Ground beef
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2-3 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 ¼ tsp salt
12 oz. Package pasta
3 cups milk
2 Tbsp flour
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredder
1 ½ cups jack cheese, shredded ( pepper jack is also good)
1 ½ cups tortillas chips, broken
